The candidate should hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and have contract administration experience, with ability to handle non-routine projects within established standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required; contract administration experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects including quotation through shipment.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements to develop a detailed proposal describing equipment.
• Calculate size, determine price, delivery time and financial terms for described product.
• Overall project management from quotation inception through final inspection.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve flow of product and order processing.
• Provide technical consultation with customers, sales and other departments.
• Prepare documentation, proposals or procedures required by customers.
• Process material/equipment orders and expedite shipping.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
