Job summary

Clark-Reliance is seeking a Projects/Contracts Specialist to prepare, manage and execute project contracts, ensuring conformance with contractual requirements. The role involves handling technical documentation and document control to support company goals.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering background with contract administration experience, and a track record managing projects from quotation through shipment. Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Contract administration experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects from quotation through shipment.
• Able to read, write and follow verbal instructions in English.
• Strong understanding of business mathematics and company systems.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements from specs, blueprints and contracts to prepare proposals.
• Calculate size, price, delivery time and terms for described products.
• Own project management from quotation inception through final inspection.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve product flow and order processing.
• Provide technical consultation with customers, sales and other departments.
• Prepare documentation, proposals or customer procedures.
• Process orders and expedite shipping.
• Communicate effectively with all company levels, suppliers and customers.
• Maintain ISO-aligned quality assurance and a clean, safe work area.
