Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, multi-facility initiatives with budgets from $50K to $3.0M+. You will guide proposals, manage client communications, and drive scope, schedule, and cost goals across diverse teams in the Mission Critical sector.

Responsibilities include developing labor and procurement plans, maintaining budgets, and presenting updates to executives. Strong leadership, PSI standards, and MS Project proficiency are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of PMI standards and MS Project preferred.
• Proven project leadership on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Manage Client Communication across all project phases.
• Develop project labor and procurement plans to meet schedule.
• Maintain scope control and timely Change Orders.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, costs, and earned value.
• Lead the project team and coordinate with Operations.
• Present project progress to clients and management.
• Adopt E TECH GROUP PMO methods and tools.
• Support rollout of new project management tools enterprise-wide.
• Understand and apply the PMLC cycle stages.
