Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead large projects and possibly multiple endeavors, including coordination with subcontractors and budget ranges from $50K to $3.0M+. You will guide design, procurement, implementation, and commissioning, ensuring technical and financial success.

You will develop proposals, align client goals with project teams, and drive scope, schedule, and cost control to meet profitability targets.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience background.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience or 5+ years in a project engineering environment.
• Proficient in project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to implement PMI-based standards and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proposal Development – scope, schedule, and cost estimates; PM methodology and pricing; facilitate handoff from Business Development.
• Manage Client Communication – ensure effective communication between client, project team, Business Development, and management at all phases.
• Project Schedule and Plan – develop labor resource and procurement plans to meet schedule and cash-flow objectives.
• Drive Scope – maintain defined scope and ensure contract requirements; manage Change Orders and opportunities.
• Maintain Cost – develop and maintain budgets; forecast costs and manage EAC/contingency.
• Lead the Project Team – guide the team to meet milestones on time and budget; coordinate with Operations for resource allocation; communicate progress.
• Present regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders; adopt PMO standards and new tools.
• Develop understanding of E TECH GROUP’s PMLC cycle and act as an ambassador of core values.
