Job summary

North Wind Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager V/Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large, federal projects across Las Vegas, CO Springs, or Huntsville. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications to deliver projects on time and within contract requirements.

The role requires PE/RA licensure, 15+ years of PM experience, and at least 5 years in design. Travel up to 25% and a clear path for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• PE or RA licensure required (Professional Engineer or Registered Architect).
• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the project delivery team including designers, reviewers, administrators, and subconsultants.
• Manage client communications, RFIs, scope updates, schedules, and deliverables.
• Administer contract flow-downs, subcontracts, and approvals to minimize changes.
• Oversee production of design deliverables and coordinate with client for information.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and QA processes.
• Support business development and client relationship maintenance for repeat work.
