Job summary

North Wind Group seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager IV/V or Senior Project Manager to lead complex federal projects. You will direct design teams, manage contracts, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints. Travel is required (0-25%).

Ideal candidates will have PE or RA licensure, 15+ years in PM, and strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills. Eligible for a robust benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Professional Engineer Registration (P.E.) or Registered Architect (RA).
• 15+ years project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience.
• Ability to manage multiple, large size, complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate the project delivery team including designers and subconsultants.
• Coordinate with contracting, accounting, legal, HR, and delivery functions.
• Meet ethical standards for licensure and ensure scope compliance.
• Develop trusted client relationships and manage communications.
• Oversee budget, schedule, and quality control across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and execute subcontracts and ensure contract compliance.
• Manage project risk, documentation, and client reporting.
