Job summary

North Wind Group is seeking a Construction Manager to deliver on-site project management support for federal facility and infrastructure programs nationwide. The role involves coordinating with engineers, inspectors, contractors, and Government representatives to maintain schedules, logs, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in construction management and at least six years of applicable experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of progressively responsible construction management/PM experience.
• Experience supporting multiple facility projects from design through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from requirement definition through closeout and turnover.
• Maintain logs for schedule, submittals, RFIs, changes, and risk.
• Coordinate predesign, design, preconstruction, progress, and turnover meetings.
• Review drawings, specs, cost estimates, schedules, and subcontractor submittals.
• Analyze progress, time impacts, and contractor schedules using Primavera/Microsoft Project.
