Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant engineering experience within energy, chemicals, resources, industrial, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, discipline groups or major project scopes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, industry codes, standards and best practices.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary project delivery in consulting, EPC or EPCM environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop technical professionals.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting project budgets, staffing forecasts and delivery performance.
