Job summary

Hargrove in Chickasaw, AL seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead moderately complex engineering projects from kickoff to closeout. You will act as Owner’s Representative, coordinate design, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup while managing scope, schedule and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and effective communication with sites across Mobile and Baton Rouge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Effective leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner’s Representative for capital projects at Mobile and Baton Rouge sites.
• Manage projects from kickoff through final closure including scope, risk, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
• Oversee safety programs, contractor safety meetings, and enforce a strong safety culture.
• Prepare bid packages and evaluate proposals for best-value selection.
• Forecast and manage capital expenditures and monitor earned value metrics.
