Job summary

Hargrove-Engineers- is seeking a Capital Project Manager to supervise engineers and designers, directing capital investments through lifecycle stages to meet scope, budget, and quality targets.

You will manage project controls (estimating, scheduling, cost control, EVMS), ensure safety, and coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver on time and within AR objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years of capital project management experience.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.
• PMP certification or PE preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital investments lifecycle from scope to closure.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with site personnel, procurement, and vendors.
• Lead project teams and manage multiple contractors.
