Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects from Beaumont Office. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards, coordinating with Engineering Resource Leaders and client teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, up to 10 years of experience, and PMP/PE credentials preferred. You will manage scope, schedule, costs and maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or PMP registration highly preferred.
• Experience: up to 10 years of engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage moderately complex engineering projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and client teams to define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Track performance budget, schedule, and quality; maintain project documentation and reports.
• Promote positive client relationships and support long-term service opportunities.
