Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for their Sustainable Technology Solutions division. This role involves leading engineering teams for midstream and downstream projects across Energy, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical sectors, ensuring technical success from feasibility to commissioning.

As a pivotal figure, you will manage all phases of project engineering, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while interfacing closely with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience required.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC execution models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-discipline engineering teams.
• Manage engineering activities from conceptual design to commissioning.
• Champion process safety and ensure compliance with standards.
• Serve as the primary engineering interface with clients.
