You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and client communication from proposal through closeout.

The role requires strong technical judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead engineers, designers, and subcontractors in a fast paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 3 years in project management or leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects for industrial facilities (refining, petrochemical, chemical, energy or manufacturing).
• Experience with engineering consulting, EPC, EPCM, or owner’s engineering project execution.
• Strong understanding of engineering project lifecycles and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through final completion.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, scopes of work, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverable registers.
• Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and project teams.
• Monitor project performance, costs, forecasts, and remaining work; take corrective actions as needed.
• Lead meetings and communicate decisions, risks, and follow‑ups with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure deliverables comply with codes, standards, and quality controls.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university

Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred
