Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across critical product development initiatives. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution excellence across a portfolio of programs.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of cross-functional program management in life sciences, with strong governance, design controls, risk management and commercialization experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive program management experience in biotech or related industries.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with stage-gate processes, risk management, and commercialization planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management leadership across priority product development initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through commercialization.
• Develop integrated plans, manage dependencies, track milestones, and ensure alignment across workstreams.
• Clarify decision points, identify risks, resolve obstacles, and maintain momentum toward objectives.
• Plan, facilitate, and drive governance meetings, reviews, and leadership check-ins.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Coordinate activities across research, product development, engineering, operations, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones, design deliverables, and commercialization readiness activities.
