Job summary

UST is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to support complex engineering and project execution needs within a regulated MedTech environment. This role is for a doer who drives work forward and operates at the intersection of project management and engineering execution.

The role requires collaboration with engineering teams to understand and manage finished goods designs, BOMs, and engineering drawings (AutoCAD), and to translate technical information into actionable project plans

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of professional experience in technical or engineering environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience in technical settings.
• Technical background with ability to understand engineering concepts related to finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of engineering-related projects, ensuring progress and deliverables.
• Act as a hands-on project manager who actively contributes, not just coordinates.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage finished goods designs, BOMs, and drawings.
• Translate technical information into actionable project plans and outcomes.
• Support evolving project needs, including adjacent areas such as labeling.
