Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of engineering programs. You will maintain schedules, track actions and dependencies, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting to an Engineering Program Manager or Engineering Operations leader, you will enable collaboration, improve operational effectiveness and help achieve engineering objectives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years coordinating projects within engineering, technology or technical environments (as a baseline).
• Strong organisation skills with multi-priority and deadline management.
• Experience maintaining schedules, action trackers, risk logs and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Proficiency with common PM, collaboration and productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating distributed teams.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, semiconductor or complex engineering programs.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and governance practices.
• Experience creating dashboards and management reporting.
• Understanding of engineering product development lifecycles.
• Experience in fast-paced technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering program activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues and action trackers.
• Organise and facilitate regular program meetings, reviews and status updates.
• Track progress against deliverables and highlight risks or delays promptly.
• Support program managers with planning, reporting and governance activities.
• Ensure actions, decisions and dependencies are documented and communicated.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations for clear program visibility.
• Assist with resource planning and workload coordination across engineering groups.
• Drive follow-up to ensure commitments are completed and aligned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes and tools.
• Support onboarding of new team members into program processes and rhythms.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to resolve delivery challenges.
