Job summary

Graphcore, a leading AI compute innovator, seeks a Staff Engineering Coordination Support to align cross-team engineering programmes across distributed locations. You will enable effective planning, tracking, risk management and clear communication to ensure on-time delivery.

You will partner with engineering leaders, project stakeholders and business partners to improve visibility, reporting and workload planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience coordinating complex technical, engineering, programme, or operational activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to influence outcomes and drive progress without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering planning activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Track progress against agreed plans and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and help manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Facilitate engineering meetings, reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, action logs, and operational records.
• Support engineering leaders with resource planning, prioritisation activities, and workload visibility.
• Drive follow-up actions to ensure commitments are completed and blockers are escalated appropriately.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve communication and information flow.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Produce clear and concise reports, presentations, and communications for engineering and business audiences.
• Coordinate activities across geographically distributed teams to support efficient execution.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives that improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
