Job summary

Graphcore is seeking an experienced System Level Hardware Project Engineer in Austin, TX to coordinate across multiple teams and ODM partners. The role focuses on planning, execution, and technical oversight of deliverables while driving data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate combines strong hardware knowledge with leadership capabilities, enabling effective collaboration across hardware, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of project engineering experience in hardware.
• Strong digital and mixed-signal electronics knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with ODMs or external engineering partners.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project milestones and risk plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, and manufacturing.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support program reviews with data-driven status reporting.
• Drive issue resolution to maintain project momentum.
