Job summary
Prove is seeking a highly collaborative, technically minded Staff Engineering Program Manager to partner closely with Engineering Leadership. This role enables the engineering organization by ensuring critical initiatives are executed smoothly, the engineering voice is represented early, and delivery blockages are dismantled.

Qualifications
- Understand software architecture concepts (monolith vs microservices, API versioning, data flows).
- Turn high-level notes into structured, trackable plans.
- Map workflows from planning boards to granular Jira boards.
- Build bridges across product pods and align ownership.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary engineering representative during intake and cross-functional triage.
- Own end-to-end routing of urgent requests and translate leadership decisions into actions.
- Track dependencies with ops and product pods and ensure clear requirements from day one.
- Shepherd architectural transitions to modern services and ensure unified responses.
- Coordinate internal engineering audits and flag single points of failure to leadership.
- Build and scale engineering visibility dashboards for executives.
