Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical program management.
• U.S. Person required: citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, asylum or refugee status.
• Security requirements disallow PRC or Russian nationals unless US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resources, and work plans for hardware R&D programs.
• Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams.
• Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives.
• Communicate strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress to leadership via reports, dashboards, and presentations.
