Job summary

Aerostar seeks a seasoned Program Manager to shape customer expectations in early concept phases and oversee execution in complex aerospace programs. You will align technical, operations, business, and contracts teams for balloon and radar products and related field services, ensuring performance, cost control, and schedule adherence.

You will lead strategic customer engagements, drive roadmap development, manage scope, and represent Aerostar at industry events.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of related experience with 4+ years leading technical programs.

Responsibilities

Interface with customers and internal management across programs.
Coordinate long-term technical roadmap for a stakeholder group.
Manage program cost, schedule, and performance for complex programs.
Lead reviews and ensure alignment with customer requirements and design intent.
Provide technical SME support to business development during engagements.
Drive data analyses to measure performance against technical metrics.
Reconvene architecture and development teams to control scope and product development.
Represent Aerostar at industry events and with partners to identify opportunities.
