Job summary

Aereos seeks a Customer Account Program Manager to own execution of aerospace customer programs from award to delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, planning and finance to meet contractual requirements in a regulated environment, handling both build-to-print and engineered-to-order work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management (or 10+ years without a degree) and PMP is preferred. Strong communication and ERP exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is required, or 10+ years of PM experience without a degree.
• 5+ years of relevant program management experience required.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface for assigned accounts and programs.
• Own program execution for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery for build-to-print and ETO.
• Lead cross-functional cadence with engineering, planning, supply chain, production, quality, logistics, and finance.
• Translate customer requirements into internal deliverables with proper change control.
• Coordinate forecasts, demand changes, and order priorities with planning and supply chain.
• Enter all sales order data into IndustriOS within 24 hours of contract/PO acceptance.
• Monitor program health using KPIs and customer scorecards; drive recovery plans.
• Advance risk management for constraints and communicate updates to customers.
