Job summary

Visioneering is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex aerospace manufacturing or engineering programs, aligning scope, schedule, and budgets with contractual requirements.

You will coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance, maintain program documentation, manage change, and serve as the primary customer contact to drive performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent PM experience required.
• 5–10 years of manufacturing management experience preferred.
• Aerospace tooling experience is required.
• Enovia experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program timelines.
• Coordinate and lead project kick-offs.
• Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues.
• Project logistics coordination and data control.
• Single point of contact for assigned customers.
• Report on project financial results and variances.
• Ensure adherence to quality policies and objectives.
