Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Lead contract scoping and negotiations with clients.
• Apply SDA and develop the project management plan; supervise and mentor staff.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews.
• Support business development and pursuit efforts for mega and super mega projects.
• Lead proposal development and presentations to clients.
