• Develop schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Oversee activities of project teams and internal partners to meet product requirements.
• Communicate progress, escalations, and analyses to stakeholders; coordinate with management to resolve issues and ensure budgets/roadmaps.
• Drive integration of new technologies and quality initiatives within manufacturing/engineering.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff.
