Northrop Grumman is seeking an Advanced Land Sensors Operating Unit - Engineering Program Execution Lead in Baltimore, MD. You will head a cross-functional team of Chief Engineers, EPMs, and SEIT Leads, driving end-to-end program execution across the ALS portfolio and coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.

You will oversee cost, schedule, and technical quality, implement EVMS and risk mitigation, and report progress to internal and external leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering or related technical field with significant experience in aerospace/defense.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance is required or must be obtainable.
• Experience leading multi-function engineering teams to achieve goals, including planning and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex programs.
• Experience as CAM managing EVMS projects.

Responsabilités

• Direct liaison to OU Director within the LMS BU.
• Lead cross-functional engineering leadership team through proposal, design, build, and delivery phases.
• Ensure delivery of cost, schedule, and technical quality commitments.
• Institute performance reviews and risk mitigation plans across programs.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, earned value, and staffing forecasts.
