Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Airborne Platform Sensors – Systems Engineering Section Lead to head the Systems Integration department and mentor managers across disciplines.

You will drive risk management, oversee programs across the BaPs division, recruit top talent, and partner with senior leaders to align engineering execution with strategic goals; this role requires DoD Secret clearance and on-site work in Baltimore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in STEM.
• U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret Clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams.
• Strong systems engineering lifecycle knowledge.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience integrating EO/IR, EW, and radar systems.
• Onsite in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities
