Northrop Grumman is seeking an Advanced Land Sensors Operating Unit - Engineering Program Execution Lead in Baltimore, MD. The role drives end-to-end program execution, leads cross-functional engineering teams, and coordinates with manufacturing, supply chain, and mission assurance to meet milestones.

The candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, and EVMS while ensuring technical quality and timely delivery of complex radar and RF/digital subsystems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 8 years of experience or a PhD with 6 years of experience in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
• Current/active U.S Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Special Program Access (SAP).
• Progressive engineering experience in aerospace/defense or related high technology sectors.
• Experience directing multi-function engineering teams to achieve goals.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end program execution across the ALS portfolio.
• Direct cross-functional engineering leadership teams through proposal, design, build and delivery phases.
• Maintain awareness of engineering challenges and implement robust risk mitigation plans.
• Provide technical leadership for cost, schedule, and technical quality commitments.
• Interface with Engineering Discipline Sections to secure staffing and manage budgets/schedules.
