Quality Talent Group is seeking a qualified professional to support engineering projects across the lifecycle in a global consumer health environment. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

• Several years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project execution, quality, validation, automation, or related functions.
• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of engineering and technical programs that support operational excellence and compliance.
• Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, protocols, reports, and related records.
• Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting efforts, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
