Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a seasoned engineer to support projects across planning, design, implementation and operational readiness, ensuring compliance and excellence in execution.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop, execute and maintain technical programs and documentation, drive risk assessments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project execution, quality, validation, automation, or related functions.
• Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through implementation and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of engineering and technical programs that support operational excellence and compliance.
• Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, protocols, reports, and related records.
• Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting efforts, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
