Quality Talent Group is seeking an engineering leader with broad experience in manufacturing, operations, and process improvement. The role provides technical leadership and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to drive safety, quality, reliability, and productivity.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead projects from concept through deployment, and serve as a subject-matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines, shaping solutions that support business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, or related fields.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.
