Quality Talent Group seeks an engineering support professional to drive projects from planning through implementation and readiness. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient execution.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated manufacturing environment, contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline required.
• Several years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project execution, quality, validation, automation, or related functions.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is expected.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering projects throughout the project lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Automation, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Contribute to development, execution, and maintenance of engineering programs that support operational excellence and compliance.
• Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, protocols, reports, and related records.
• Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
