Quality Talent Group is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to guide technical initiatives across manufacturing, operations, and quality. The role involves steering complex projects from concept to sustainment and driving improvements in safety, reliability, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, project management, process improvement, automation, reliability, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and engineering expertise across manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams.
• Lead or support complex engineering projects from concept through implementation and operational sustainment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions that support business objectives.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in one or more engineering disciplines.
