Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr Engineering PMO Lead – Operation & Analytics to enhance portfolio visibility and governance across engineering. The role reports to the VP of Project Management in Irvine, CA and is on-site.

You will drive PMO excellence, partner with leadership to scale processes, and deliver data-driven insights using Power BI and other tools. A BS in Engineering and 8+ years in regulated tech programs are required.

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical field with 8+ years of regulated product development or technical program management.
Experience developing and implementing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
Experience supporting cross-functional engineering programs and portfolios.
Experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio reporting, and performance metrics using Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Drive PMO process improvement and governance across the engineering portfolio.
Lead portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and cross-project reviews.
Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks, standards, templates, and best practices.
Collaborate with senior leadership to translate portfolio strategy into scalable processes and analytics.
