Job summary

Northshore Utility District in Kenmore, Washington seeks a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead capital improvement and developer extension programs. Minimum eight years in civil engineering with CIP/Developer Extensions experience; WA PE license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience managing public works CIP projects.
• Experience managing developer extensions for water/wastewater infrastructure preferred.
• AutoCAD, Bluebeam, surveying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review studies, designs, specifications, and cost estimates for CIP/Developer Extensions.
• Manage consultants and oversee design to construction phases.
• Lead project scope, schedule, and budget development with reporting to Board.
• Provide construction support and ensure long-term ownership needs are met.
