Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large municipal water and wastewater programs across Washington state, including Seattle, Bellevue, and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, client Relationships, and delivering high-quality projects with strong financial performance. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil engineering focused on water/wastewater, with a PE license (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related field).
• PE license required or ability to obtain.
• 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with focus on water/wastewater systems.
• Experience delivering municipal water/wastewater programs and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading design efforts and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex water/wastewater infrastructure programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of municipal systems.
• Manage contracts, subconsultants, and regulatory coordination.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure project financial performance.
• Provide mentorship and leadership within the team.
