Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Senior Project Manager to lead large municipal programs across Washington states locations including Seattle, Bellevue, Olympia and Tacoma.

You will manage projects from planning through closeout, mentor mid-level staff, and build strong client relationships while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality. This role requires 15+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and demonstrated ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; PE license required or ability to obtain.
• 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with a focus on water/wastewater systems.
• Proven success delivering municipal water/wastewater programs and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading design efforts and coordinating multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Strong understanding of public agency processes, permitting and funding mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for large, complex municipal water/wastewater programs.
• Mentor mid-level project managers and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams.
• Manage contracts, subconsultants, and regulatory coordination to ensure project success.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationship management.
