Job summary

Blue Origin, in the United States, seeks a dedicated Project Manager/Leader to support Lunar Operations within Blue Origin Operations, integrating teams across manufacturing and program leadership to advance space exploration programs.

The role demands strong program management, effective communication, risk and change management, and a commitment to safety and mission success. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Lunar Operations into Blue Origin Operations across manufacturing teams.
• Lead multiple projects to deploy the Operational Strategy.
• Manage Rhythm of Business with Lunar Operations team and program teammates.
• Oversee Lunar Operations Risk Management and CapEx processes.
• Communicate at all levels and support organizational development.
• Define requirements and coordinate inputs from internal/external partners.
• Track progress and report performance to leadership.
• Facilitate change management and evaluate new requirements.
