Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ practice experience (or 14 years with no degree).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large office supporting multiple service lines with aggregate booked labor revenues typically between $10-15 million.
• Direct office staffing, performance management, and salary administration.
• Direct the execution of the office’s business development efforts.
• Develop and execute annual office business plan.
• Prepare office annual and financial budgets and operate within approved budgets.
• Monitor project schedules and department manager reports; communicate progress to leadership.
• Manage risk and ensure contracts are signed and executed before work begins.
• Promote safety initiatives and enforce safety guidelines.
• Ensure quality monitoring and continuous improvement on projects.
