Responsibilities

• Maintain organizational effectiveness by delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing technologies.
• Plan and monitor job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and coordinating and enforcing company systems, policies, and procedures.
• Retain staff by maintaining a reliable and communicative work environment; developing personal interaction with team members and looking for growth opportunities.
• Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, planning capacity and forecasting on the projects' profitability.
• Take a proactive role in identifying farming opportunities in existing clients; Create and deliver value to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organizational outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting financial results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will manage multiple large projects involving staff augmentation, typically delivering specific products or transformations via multi-disciplinary, highly skilled engineering teams.
