Qualifications

• 5+ years managing and leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise across backend, frontend, data, and integrations.
• Ownership of billing, financial accounting, membership eligibility, or enrollment domains.
• Track record of building and scaling diverse, high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment and drive projects to completion.
• Ability to set and communicate product vision in ambiguous projects.
• Nice-to-have experience in HIPAA or regulated environments.
