Virta Health, a remote-first virtual care company, is seeking an engineering leader to drive the data and analytics engineering teams. You will own data foundations and modernization across BigQuery, dbt Cloud, and Looker, guiding migration efforts and expanding self-service while ensuring reliability and governance.

You will work with stakeholders to set a data-driven roadmap and enable data agents and ML workflows with trusted data, leading teams across data engineering and analytics

Formación

• 3+ years of engineering management in data and analytics teams.
• Strong judgment in pipelines, warehousing, modeling, and BI.
• Experience with migration projects and remote leadership.

• Own the data and analytics modernization across BigQuery, dbt Cloud, and Looker.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of engineering management experience with both data engineering and analytics engineering.
• Strong technical judgment in pipelines, warehousing, SQL, modeling, and BI, plus migration and remote leadership experience.
