You will lead an established team of Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, shaping its next growth stage, owning reliable pipelines, platform tooling, and Looker experiences.

You will drive modernization, expand self-service, and enable ML through trusted data. The stack includes BigQuery, dbt Cloud, Looker/LookML, and GCP.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data platforms and analytics migrations with governance and reliability.
• Strong technical judgement across data pipelines, modeling, and BI layers.
• Proven ability to align stakeholder priorities with a data-driven roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow both data and analytics engineering teams with clear growth paths.
• Oversee data migration to modern platforms and ensure trusted metrics.
• Own discovery, prioritization, and delivery with cross-functional partners.
• Expand self-service data tooling and reusable patterns for ingestion/transformation.
• Drive governance, security, and cost controls with PHI/PII considerations.
• Advance data capabilities for ML workflows and AI-assisted development.
