The Engineering Manager leads with a hands‑on approach, balancing people development, architecture reviews, and strategic planning to deliver medium to large‑scale

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Experience designing and implementing production‑grade cloud‑native microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and containerized deployment patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) using JDBC and ORM mappers like Hibernate.
• Experience with DevOps, preferably Jenkins CI/CD.
• Experience using AWS cloud native services and data engineering.
• Ability to think strategically around trade‑offs and work authorization to work in the United States.

Aufgaben

• Writing code and performing code reviews.
• Writing and reviewing technical specifications.
• Working closely with cross‑functional product teams to identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Guiding the engineering team on planning, estimation, prioritization, trade‑offs, and balancing technical debt with milestones.
• Review architecture and designs from other project teams.
• Strategizing with leadership on ways to grow projects.
• Attending conferences and networking with potential clients.
