Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, developing, and delivering highly scalable software applications and distributed systems.
• 3+ years leading, managing, mentoring, and developing software engineering teams (people-management).
• 5+ years leading technical deliverables and driving project execution in Agile/Scrum.
• 3+ years designing and implementing microservices and API-based architectures.
• 3+ years working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 3+ years establishing modern engineering practices — CI/CD, automation, Git branching.
• 1+ years experience guiding responsible adoption of AI/GenAI developer tools across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers spanning software, AI, and quality engineering.
• Own end-to-end people leadership lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention.
• Own operational and financial accountability including headcount, budgeting, and cloud spend optimization.
• Manage blended teams across employees and offshore/nearshore partners.
• Define team goals, OKRs, and track delivery and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to define engineering strategies and roadmaps.
