• Manage vendor/product analyses and recommendations to deliver appropriate end products within budget.
• Develop and manage multiple cost center budgets.
• Ensure fraud platforms meet availability, resiliency, security, and performance objectives.
• Provide operational accountability for 24x7 fraud detection and decisioning systems.
• Establish and manage platform SLAs, SLOs, metrics, and service management practices.
• Lead modernization of fraud platforms using cloud-native technologies.
• Implement CI/CD, IaC, SRE, observability, and automation.
• Drive adoption of event-driven architectures, real-time analytics, and high-volume processing.
• Champion innovation to improve fraud prevention while enhancing customer experience.
• Coordinate activities with other managers as required to support mutual interests.
• Manage customer technology deployment aligned with standards and long-range plans.
