Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in architecture roles, or 11 years combined education/work if no degree.
• 7+ years in enterprise, solution, data, security, or application architecture with AML/KYC/financial crime support.
• Experience integrating platforms in a regulated environment and delivering target-state architectures.
• Ability to communicate with executive, business, risk, compliance, data, and engineering audiences.
• Experience evaluating vendors and translating requirements into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve AML/financial crime architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned with risk and enterprise standards.
• Maintain current-state and target-state architectures for KYC, sanctions, monitoring, fraud detection, and case management.
• Connect capability needs across identity, analytics, and investigator workflows.
• Define enterprise patterns for identity, graph analytics, event streaming, and data lineage.
• Gauge vendor options and guide platform integration with enterprise standards.
• Embed cybersecurity, privacy, model risk, resilience, and explainability into architecture decisions.
• Provide architecture governance and lifecycle oversight from strategy to production operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, operations, data, legal, and technology.
