Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in product development or design engineering in automotive/industrial sectors.
- Fluency in Korean and English for cross‑functional communication.
- Experience leading development from concept to production launch.
Responsibilities
- Lead development from concept through production launch, ensuring technical, cost, timing, and quality targets.
- Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical products for automotive/industrial apps.
- Create engineering specs, BOMs, CAD models, drawings, schematics, and related docs.
- Support design validation, testing, DFMEA, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure robust, cost‑effective processes.
