Job summary

Methode Electronics is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary programs with key customers in the United States. You will drive design concepts, manage cross-functional teams, and champion cost, schedule, and technical performance across the program lifecycle.

Candidates should have 7+ years of program leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of cross-functional program leadership experience.
• Experience with molding, stamping, CNC welding and related manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer interface; lead program reviews and report on cost, schedule, and technical metrics.
• Establish design concepts and guide engineering/product development; drive new business opportunities.
• Set milestones, monitor execution, and direct cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
