Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Must have 10+ years of design engineering experience in the Power Industry.
• Candidate must have active PE license.
• Prior experience with Advanced Nuclear and Small Modular Reactor technologies is strongly desired.
• Experience with BIM/3D models and integrated project delivery methods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Unit to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
• Mentor staff, drive innovation, and develop future leaders while strengthening client relationships.
• Support marketing efforts and lead proposal development with PMs and engineers.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain staff; promote training and professional development.
• Ensure project budgets and schedules are met and enforce quality standards across engineering deliverables.
